The implementation ends.
The problems don't.

Your HCM or WFM partner delivered the system and moved on. Hypercare ended. Your internal team are doing their best — but they're managing workarounds, not outcomes.

This isn't an edge case. It's the norm. For mid-market organisations without dedicated HRIS teams, the gap between go-live and genuine system value can stretch for years.

Fox22 exists to close that gap.

Configuration debt from day one

Implementation timelines don't allow for perfection. Most systems go live with known issues that were deferred — and nobody comes back to fix them.

Releases land and nobody's watching

HCM platforms update continuously. Without proper release management, you discover the impact of changes when something breaks rather than before it does.

Reporting you can't trust

Post go-live data drift means the numbers your leadership team are relying on may not be as clean as they appear. Decisions built on bad data compound quickly.

Vendor support that's slow and shallow

Vendor helpdesks handle break-fix — slowly. They don't optimise your workflows, improve your reporting, or tell you what value you're leaving on the table.

About our Founder, Ryan.

Most HR tech projects follow the same pattern. A business invests significant money in a platform, a consulting partner runs the implementation, everyone celebrates go-live, and then six months later the HR team is buried in workarounds, the data is a mess, and leadership can't get a straight answer from the system they just paid for.

I started Fox22 because I've seen that pattern too many times — from the inside. Over 10 years working across HR technology programmes in multiple industries and markets, I've sat on the client side, the partner side, and the space in between. My focus is Dayforce and HiBob — two platforms I know in depth — and the post go-live period where most of the real work actually happens.

I work as an embedded partner with mid-sized organisations, typically 150 to 700 employees, where HR tech has either stalled, underdelivered, or is about to be invested in for the first time. I don't disappear after go-live. My job is to make sure your HR technology actually does what you were promised it would do.
